The concept
A study reads best when it feels built rather than furnished. This piece integrates a desk, file storage, and floor-to-ceiling library shelving into fully paneled walls, so the whole room is a single work of millwork rather than furniture set against blank drywall.
How we build it
Because the same shop can carry the wood, finish, and trim profiles through the house, the study reads as continuous with the rest of the home. We measure and mill to the actual room — paneling, wainscot, and an optional coffered or beamed ceiling detailed to the space’s proportions.
Details that matter
Desk height and storage are planned around how the room is actually used, the shelving is proportioned to the wall, and integrated lighting brings out the paneling in the evening. Matched trim profiles tie the study into the home’s existing millwork.
